Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 60 g rice
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- 1 tsp wild garlic paste (recipes are available in the CK)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
WW-suitable
Bring all ingredients, except the wild garlic paste, to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste and season with the paste. If you don’t have wild garlic paste on hand, you can also puree fresh parsley with a teaspoon of oil and add it. This dish has a total of 4 P and is very filling.
