Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 4 slice(s) of pancetta or bacon
- 4 slices of Emmental cheese
- some savory, fresh
- some Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Allow 2 potatoes per person. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges about 0.5 cm wide, but do not cut all the way through. Finely chop the garlic and toss with olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pull the wedges apart slightly and brush them with this oil. Halve the pancetta and Emmental slices and place them alternately into the wedges. Add a little savory to each wedge. Place the potatoes in a greased dish and brush the surface with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 50-60 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush with more oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
