Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized jacket potatoes, peeled
- Rosemary, Oregano, Sage, Thyme
- 8 slice(s) ham, raw
- pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the herbs and shake dry. Place a sprig of the above-mentioned herbs on each potato and wrap them in the ham. Place the wrapped potatoes in an ovenproof dish, season with pepper, and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
