Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 160 g peppers from the can
  • 280 g corn from the can
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 200 g gherkins
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the potatoes and eggs. Peel the potatoes and eggs. Dice the potatoes and eggs and place them in a bowl. Dice the onion and cucumber and add them to the potatoes along with the corn, bell peppers, and tuna. Season the salad with salt and pepper, toss with vinegar, mayonnaise, and sour cream, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
