Baked garlic rolls

Ingredients for 9 servings:

  • 9 rolls, for baking
  • 200 g light mayonnaise
  • 100 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • Salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with low-fat mayonnaise-yoghurt cream

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and press in the garlic cloves. Season with salt. It’s best to prepare the cream the day before so it can infuse properly. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the rolls in half with a sharp knife and spread the cream on top. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
