Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 1 tbsp instant broth
- 5 tbsp water
- 25 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp crème fraîche
- 150 g cheese, grated
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish. Peel the potatoes and carrots and slice them thinly. Slice the spring onions into rings and layer everything in the dish. Sprinkle the broth over the potatoes and pour in the water. Sprinkle the butter in small pieces. Cover with baking paper and bake in the oven. Bake for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and crème fraîche. Pour this over the casserole, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
