Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water until tender. Peel and chop the kohlrabi, then boil them in lightly salted water until tender. Drain both and puree together. Stir in the chopped parsley, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, stir again, and serve.
