Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 shot of milk (1.5%)
  • n. B. Black cumin
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat some oil in a pan. Whisk the eggs with a little milk, season with salt and pepper, and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with black cumin seeds. Fry until the eggs are set.
