Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 8 slices of toast
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the cooked ham into small cubes. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Grate the cheese. Mix all ingredients with the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F), top/bottom heat. Toast the slices of bread. Spread the mixture on the slices of bread just before baking. Place the bread in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Caution: Supervise!
