Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomato peppers, red
  • 3 bell peppers, green
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Deseed the bell peppers and slice them into thin rings. Sauté them briefly in butter. Prepare a marinade with vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt. Thinly slice the tomatoes and add them to the marinade. Add the cooled bell pepper rings, mix well, and let stand for 1 hour. Sprinkle with chives.
