Cherry Nougat Dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate flavor
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g nougat
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 40 g sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate shavings
  • 500 ml red fruit compote (cherry)
  • 1 pack of chocolate decorations

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Make a chocolate pudding from pudding mix, milk, and sugar, then stir in the hazelnut nougat and cinnamon and let cool. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and sugar until stiff peaks form, stir in the cream cheese, and set aside about 5-6 tablespoons for decoration. Fold the grated chocolate into the cream. First fill the glasses with 3 tablespoons of compote, then the cream. Refrigerate the glasses for about 1 hour. Then carefully fill each glass with about 4 tablespoons of chocolate pudding, teaspoon at a time. The layers should be clearly visible. Dot the reserved cream on top and decorate with chocolate decorations.
