Warm potato salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 point condensed milk
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • some vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes and then let them cool, ideally the day before. Then slice them and season them in a bowl with salt, pepper, and a little vinegar. Finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Mix the potato slices with the diced onion and the condensed milk (amount as desired).
