- 80 g flour (wholemeal wheat flour)
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 2 carrots, finely grated (raw)
- 1 piece(s) butter for the pan

Kids love it too! Enjoy it savory or sweet.
Whisk together flour and eggs, then add milk, salt, and carrots. Fry in a little butter. Delicious with Parmesan, salmon, cream cheese, etc. But also with applesauce, cinnamon and sugar, jam… My kids hate vegetables, but I can get them to eat carrots so easily!
