Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 230 g flour
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 200 g butter, cold
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- Powdered sugar for rolling

from the pastry press
Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the ingredients (it shouldn’t be too sticky). Roll the dough into a log, fill the press from the bottom, and immediately press cookies onto a chilled, ungreased baking sheet. Wipe the bottom of the cookie disc occasionally (as soon as cookies no longer release on their own, wipe the grease off the disc). Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. They taste like vanilla crescents and bake super quickly.
