  • 80 g flour (wholemeal wheat flour)
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 2 carrots, finely grated (raw)
  • 1 piece(s) butter for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Kids love it too! Enjoy it savory or sweet.

Whisk together flour and eggs, then add milk, salt, and carrots. Fry in a little butter. Delicious with Parmesan, salmon, cream cheese, etc. But also with applesauce, cinnamon and sugar, jam… My kids hate vegetables, but I can get them to eat carrots so easily!
