Breakfast pizza with bacon and egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, ready
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, small
  • 4 tbsp, heaped Parmesan, grated
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 small spring onion(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs, chopped, e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Roll out the dough, divide it into two roughly equal pieces, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the dough. Split each mozzarella ball in half and arrange it on the base. Fry the bacon in the pan, taking care not to overcook it. Halve the spring onion and slice it into thin strips. Then arrange the bacon and onion on the base. Crack two raw fried eggs onto each pizza. Bake the pizzas in the oven on the middle rack for about 17-20 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs.
