Feta omelet with cooked ham and peas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the peas. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it set briefly. Crumble the feta cheese and spread it over the omelet. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, cover and let it set on the stovetop, turning once. Tear the cooked ham into small pieces and spread it over the omelet.
