Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g diced ham (light)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 wrap(s) (whole wheat wraps)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • some oil for frying
  • 2 handfuls of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick and easy

Slice the spring onions and set aside. Dice the onion and sauté in a small pan with a little oil. Finally, add the ham cubes and sauté briefly. Whisk the eggs and cottage cheese and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Press the whole-wheat wrap into a small baking dish. Fold the onions, ham cubes, and a handful of grated cheese into the egg mixture. Then transfer everything to the baking dish. Finally, sprinkle with the spring onion slices and a handful of grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the mixture is firm.
