Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 100 g radicchio
- 100 g celery (cut into pieces)
- 200 g pineapple (in wedges)
- 2 figs (quartered)
- 1 pear(s) , (in columns)
- 150 g yogurt 0.1% fat
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- salt and pepper
- 50 g walnuts

Wash and shred the iceberg lettuce and radicchio. Arrange the celery, pineapple, figs, and pear slices decoratively on the plates, starting with the salad. For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the pumpkin seed oil, salt, and pepper and pour over the salad. Finally, garnish the salad with the walnuts. My tip: 2 tablespoons of apple juice rounds off the dressing.
