Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tuna, natural (can)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 8 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna, finely chop the parsley, and chop the radishes, cucumber, and lettuce. Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix everything together.
