Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 small bunch of basil
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and pit the avocado. Dice it along with the mozzarella. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the basil. Mix everything together in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Baguette goes well with this summer salad.
