Fruit gratin with crumbles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g fruit of your choice (e.g. blackberry, kiwi, apple, raspberry, pear)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • some butter for the casserole dish

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Wash, trim, and peel the fruit (or thaw it), depending on the variety, and place it in a greased baking dish. Mix the eggs with crème fraîche and sugar and pour over the fruit. Knead the flour, sugar, and butter or margarine into crumbles and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
