Combine the first 6 ingredients on the list with the honey in a large bowl and mix well until all the honey is mixed with the cereal. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and pour the first batch of cereal onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes and breaking it up a little to prevent it from becoming too lumpy. After baking, let it cool on the baking sheet; this is when it really gets crispy. Be careful not to let it get too dark, or it will become bitter! For the cocoa cereal: Bring the milk and peanut butter to a boil until the butter is well blended with the milk. Mix the remaining dry ingredients, add the peanut butter milk, and mix well. When the first cereal is ready, increase the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) and pour the chocolate crunchy onto the baking sheet. Bake the chocolate mixture for 30 minutes, turning and breaking it up every 10 minutes. Once both muesli varieties have cooled, combine them and add the chocolate chips and chocolate shavings. If you like, you can also refine the muesli with dried fruit.
