Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 apples, grated
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp nuts, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Soak the oats in water for twelve hours. Mix the oats well with the lemon juice and milk. Grate the apples, including the skin and core. Finally, sprinkle the nuts on top. This is the recipe from 1904.
