Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g fruit (apricots, plums, pineapple and apples), dried
  • 500 g wheat flakes, rye and spelt wholegrain flakes, mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the dried fruit into small pieces as desired and mix with the mixed flakes. The quantities given are for one serving. This can be eaten with yogurt. Sweeten with glucose if desired.
