  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • Sweetener, liquid

Pour 250 ml of buttermilk into a tall container, then add cinnamon and liquid sweetener to taste. The shake tastes best when briefly whipped with a hand mixer until frothy, ensuring the ingredients are perfectly blended. The shake can be enjoyed hot or cold. One serving (250 ml) has approximately 90 kcal. If you don’t like the taste of buttermilk, you can substitute it with milk with 0.1% fat. This will not change the nutritional information.
