Yogurt dressing with fresh herbs

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper (amount to taste), and crushed garlic in a shaker. Finally, add the herbs and shake vigorously. Season to taste and check the consistency of the dressing. If it’s too thick, add a little milk and perhaps a little more sugar for the lemon juice. Of course, you can also add other herbs. These are the ones I usually have fresh on hand, so I really liked the combination.
