Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp herbs, mixed, fresh or frozen
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
(low calorie)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 200 g. Variations: Use mint instead of mixed herbs for cucumber salad, basil for tomato salad, etc.
