Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g meat for goulash, mixed
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp, heaped thyme
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Cumin, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into rings. Thoroughly mix the meat and onions with the spices and oil and let it simmer for at least 2 hours. Slowly fry in a pan until soft. Serve with coleslaw, tzatziki, and flatbread or fries.
