Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 ml condensed milk (4%)
- 200 g minced beef
- 200 g pasta
- Salt
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and dice the onions and bell peppers. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat. Then add the bell peppers and onions and sauté. Add the condensed milk to the minced meat and bring to a boil briefly. Add the tomato paste, then season with salt and herbs. Meanwhile, cook the pasta over medium heat until al dente, then drain. Transfer the pasta to a plate and pour the sauce over it.
