Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 zucchini
- 2 spring onions
- 200 g pasta
- 1 tsp oil
- Spice mix for minced meat
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- Flour
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and zucchini. Slice the spring onions into rings. Brown the ground beef in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Season with ground beef seasoning. Add the diced vegetables and sauté for about 10 minutes. Drain with about 200 ml of vegetable stock and thicken with a little flour (sauce thickener or locust bean gum). Season to taste with paprika, salt, and pepper. Finish with 1 tablespoon of cream. As a side dish, cook curly noodles according to the package instructions. Carrots, leeks, and broccoli can also be used as vegetables.
