Pepper and apple salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • ¾ m.-sized apple
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Slice the bell peppers into strips. Peel and slice the apple. Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Add water, oil, vinegar, and sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Let stand in a cool place for at least 1 hour. It tastes great on hot days when grilling.
