Nectarine, apple and pepper salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 nectarines
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), orange
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the stones, and dice them. Wash the apple, peel if necessary, core them, and dice them as well. Wash, core, and finely chop the bell peppers. Place the fruit and vegetables in a bowl. Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the bowl. Add the rapeseed oil, sugar, and salt to the bowl and mix everything together. Let the salad sit for about an hour before serving.
