Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • mint
  • Balsamic vinegar, light
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them. Finely chop the mint. Place everything in a bowl and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and refrigerate if necessary.
