Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 celery
- 1 melon(s), white
- Sea salt and pepper, colorful
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the celery stalks, including the leaves. Dice the white melon, preferably while chilled. Mix both ingredients with vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, sea salt, and pepper and serve immediately. Serve as a fresh summer appetizer or as a side dish, for example, with a fish tart.
