Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 250 g bran (wheat bran)
  • 6 tbsp seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a mixer. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes. After baking, let it cool in the pan. Then remove it from the pan using the baking paper. Some water may have collected in the pan, but this is normal when baking the quark, so simply discard it.
