Andi's Mozzarella Plate

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 6 slices of toast
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • lots of olive oil
  • some salt
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • some garlic, fresh, diced to taste (or granules)
  • some basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Snack with tomatoes and garlic bread strips

Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and arrange them in a ring on a plate. Season with salt and pepper, toss the basil over the slices, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the toast until golden brown. Drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel, then sprinkle with diced fresh garlic or sprinkle with garlic granules and cut into strips. Stack these strips in the center of the mozzarella ring.
