Carrot – Apple – Salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 125 ml yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins, unsulfured
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the carrots, first slice them, then cut them into thin sticks. Wash, quarter, core, and coarsely grate the apple, including the peel. Mix the apple and carrot in a small bowl. Stir the yogurt, sunflower seeds, raisins, oil, and honey into the carrot and apple mixture and sprinkle the nuts on top.
