Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g quark, 20% fat
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (acacia honey)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ orange(s), grated peel, untreated
  • 1 tbsp mineral water
  • 3 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with the lemon juice and honey. Peel the orange, cut it into wedges, cut it into small pieces, and stir it into the quark along with the orange zest. Loosen the orange quark with mineral water before serving and sprinkle with mint.
