Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples, grated
  • 125 g milk
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 65 g cream
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 35 g apple juice
  • 20 g honey
  • 25 g sugar
  • 65 g hazelnuts, grated
  • 25 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Weigh all ingredients, except the apples, in a bowl, mix together, and refrigerate for a day. Before serving, core the apples (peel if desired) and stir in. You have a delicious breakfast ready for the next day.
