Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of fruit (e.g. 1 apple, 1 pear, some plums)
- 200 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- 3 tbsp spelt flakes
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- n. B. Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the fruit, peel if necessary, and cut into small pieces. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Sweeten with honey if desired.
