Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of fruit (e.g. 1 apple, 1 pear, some plums)
  • 200 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp spelt flakes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the fruit, peel if necessary, and cut into small pieces. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Sweeten with honey if desired.
