Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 3 bell peppers, yellow, orange, red
- 1 ½ packs of feta cheese, diced
- some olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Salad herbs
- ½ tbsp vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
Wash and trim the vegetables. Slice the leek into rings, sauté in olive oil, and add it to the salad bowl while still warm. Now slice the bell pepper quite thinly and add it to the leek. Mix everything together with the spices (adding a little more oil if desired) and let it simmer for about 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in the diced feta cheese.
