Jacket Potatoes with Bacon Obatzda

  • 600 g Waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 125 g Bacon cubes
  • 1 Onion red
  • 250 g Camembert
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the potatoes and cover with cold salted water in a saucepan. Cover, bring to the boil and cook over a medium heat for about 20 minutes.
