Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Rubbed oregano
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 toe Pressed garlic
- 125 g Grated Parmesan or Grana Padano
- 125 g Salt / herb salt
Instructions
- Use the whisk to whip up the soft butter, which is warm at room temperature.
- Let the oil run in and mix in well.
- Stir the oregano, pepper, garlic and gradually the Parmesan into the butter mixture.
- Season with a little salt at the end.
- This butter tastes really wonderful! I made it for my birthday and my guests loved it. We ate it on bread / rolls, but it can be used in many ways.
- The oil ensures that the Parmesan butter can also be spread out of the refrigerator.
- Personally, I prefer Grana Padano to Parmesan, but that's a matter of taste.
