Ingredients
- 600 g Waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 125 g Bacon cubes
- 1 Red Onion
- 250 g Camembert
- 100 g Butter
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cover with cold salted water in a saucepan. Cover, bring to the boil and cook over a medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, fry the bacon cubes in a light brown and crispy dish without fat. Place on kitchen paper and drain.
