Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 125 g Bacon cubes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 250 g Camembert
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and cover with cold salted water in a saucepan. Cover, bring to the boil and cook over a medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, fry the bacon cubes in a light brown and crispy dish without fat. Place on kitchen paper and drain.
  • Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Cut the chives into rolls. Cut the camembert into coarse pieces. Put the butter, camembert and chives in a bowl and stir thoroughly with a hand mixer. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. The diced bacon stir in.
  • Drain the peeled potatoes and serve with bacon obatza.
