Cauliflower in egg white coating
Clean the cauliflower and boil it whole in salted water. Then cut it into slices about 1.5 cm thick. To slice it easily, it shouldn’t be overcooked. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with a good teaspoon of flour in a deep dish and season with salt. Add the beaten egg whites and mix well. Toss the cauliflower slices in the batter to coat them completely. Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded slices until golden brown on both sides.
