Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 onion(s), approx. 90 g
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g long grain rice
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 1 small can of chopped tomatoes, 400 g
- 1 pinch of harissa paste
- ½ tsp, leveled lemon pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 15 g basil leaves, fresh
- possibly vegetable stock powder

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the rice and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the broth, tomatoes, and seasonings. Bring everything to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Slice the basil leaves, stir in, and serve immediately.
