Vegetarian fried egg toastie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 toastie(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lettuce leaves, e.g. oak leaf lettuce
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (brunch paprika pepper)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder, sweet
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • n. B. Fried onions, optional
  • 1 tsp, heaped butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

very tasty and quick to make

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Finely chop the herbs. Halve the toastie and toast. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add the eggs. Fry over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread the cream cheese on the cooled toastie halves. Arrange the lettuce leaves on top and top with the fried eggs. Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately. If desired, sprinkle some fried onions on top of the eggs.
