- 40 g spinach, fresh
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Sauté the tomatoes and spinach over medium heat for 2 minutes, or until the spinach is tender. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook, stirring, for about 4 minutes, or until tender. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the warm scrambled eggs. 490 kcal per serving.
