Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana(s)
  • e.g. seasonal fruit (nectarines, kiwi, pears,…)
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • n. B. sugar
  • 200 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 500 g red fruit compote or
  • Berries (frozen)
  • 1 pack of almond flakes
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Toast the almonds with sugar and let cool. Combine the fruit and a little pineapple juice in a large bowl. Sprinkle the whole-grain oats over the fruit until completely coated. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark. Add the vanilla sugar and season lightly with sugar to taste. Pour the cream quark over the oats and spread evenly. Spread the red fruit compote over the quark until covered. Scatter the almonds over the red fruit compote. Better yet: Let it sit in the refrigerator without the almond topping and sprinkle with almonds before serving!
